Increasingly, Bosgoed Projects is being asked to complete feasibility studies and business plans to assess how and if a project or business should proceed. While we usually provide project management, BPC also offers “development management”; the front-end work that advances a project to the funded stage.

- Chemical-free water treatment and bottling business
- Oilfield environmental cleanup business
- Business advisory to several technology start-ups, and the arrangement of partnerships with First Nations and industry players
- Arranging financing and funding for projects
Our business plans are not static documents. They keep evolving until the plan works. When the studies and plans lead to funding, we proceed to deliver the project. This is also a great way to apply WorkFirst to plan the community labour, supplier, and contracting strategies at the earliest possible stage. We also advise on governance.
